A New Social Value Principle

After much work in the background, Social Value International recently made a new addition to its previous list of seven Principles. There are now eight. Principle 8 is Be Responsive and it is of vital importance to anyone who is serious about optimising social value, because it completes the cyclical process of managing impact (remember, it is not just about measurement!).
